Brief introduction about the manufacture of carbon fiber prepreg...

Carbon Fiber Prepreg is widely used in automobile, chemical industry, mechanism, sport application, manufacturing, and it is a kind of new hi-tech material which must be needed for the high-speed developing of national industry in the 21th century.

In order to fill up the vacancy of China, it import facilities using for the manufacture of wide width carbon fiber prepreg from Japan and the products have uniform carbon fiber and resin content, flat appearance, low volatile content, uniform thickness, proper viscosity and they are easy to use, their properties and quality has achieved the level of the same species of imported products. This item was prised by Ministry of Science and Techonlogy of the People's Republic of China in August, 1998, and passed the New Product Identification of Shandong Provice in Sep. 1999.

This product has plenty of specification, it may be widely choosed and has an excellent adaption. By several years of manufacture, the product received excellent feedback and prossessed obvious competitive advantage.

It has grown to be the biggest manufacture base of carbon fiber prepreg. It exactly used carbon fiber at first and helped many other famous fishing rod company to develop the quality and sale and the products spread all over the world. After gained a lot from fishing tackle, it invested in other relative business,such as sports application, building material, industry product and mechanism etc...

 

Brief introduction about our Factory of Carbon:

New Composites Research Center was setup at the end of 1998, its mainly engaged in the exploiture and research of Carbon Fiber Composites, Various Woven Fabric and Carbon Fiber Product.It has exploitured independently several new composite material and woven fabric, such as 24g-250g unidirection fiber glass prepreg, basalt prepreg, S-glass prepreg, various hybride fabric and various carbon fiber products(sport application, automobile accessory, textile machine accessory and medical instruments etc).

It has applied 8 patents,and 3 invention patents among them. The lengthened textile axis that it own exploitured has been equipped to several textile machines and has receivedgood feedback. By years of developing, the center has developed to 3 lines, 10,000,000 square meters/year form 1 line, 1,000,000 square meters. Among them, 1 Japanese line, 2 Self-made lines. It is the biggest carbon fiber prepreg manufacture base. Its 4th line of 1.4m width is in manufacturing now and when it has been put into product ,its whole manufacture capability will achieve 13,000,000 square meters.

It exploited prepreg for Wind Power, and it has shaked hands with Gamesa Wind.

It cooperates with Gamesa on the Wind Power  blades using prepreg.It predicts to consume more than 1000 tons carbon fiber per year.

Cautions in handing carbon fibres

Fibres cure cycle

Carbon fibres feature electric conductivity.

Make sure electric machines and instruments are equipped with dust-resistant devices to prevent electric accidents.


Wear protective clothing and equipment to protect your respiratory organs eyes, and skin.

If the carbon fiber or inducing materials make contact with those areas, itching or inflammation may result.
Dispose of the carbon fibers and inducing materials as industrial waste.
